A part of my car seat has been damaged/broken, what should I do?

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your car seat. All claims needs to be handled by the retailer where you purchased your car seat. To make the claim process as easy and efficient as possible we recommend you to bring your receipt, along with pictures/videos of the problem, the car seat-ID (six digits on the back of the car seat, white label under the zipper) and a description of the problem to your retailer.
